7-7:45pm John O’Brien brings us Words and Music from 1964 a compilation of news stories including the Beatles taking the USA by storm, Martin Luther King receiving the Nobel Peace Prize, Mods and Rockers at Margate and great music from the time!
7:45-8:15pm Monks Mix with great readings from Sara Gray and Jacqueline Tong. Julia Bowen brings us up to date with what’s going on with the Malmesbury Twinning association.
8:15-8:45pm Roger Griffin “A Vets Tale” We chat to Roger Griffin about his life and reflections about living in Malmesbury.

6:00-6:40pm Monks Mix with great readings from Sara Gray and Jacqueline Tong. Julia Bowen tells us about what’s coming up in Wessex Week. Tony McAleavy chats about the history of Malmesbury Abbey, the queens of England and Medieval Malmesbury that he’ll be talking about in Wessex Week.
6:40-7:00pm Buffoons of History a historical comedy loosely based upon the facts. In Episode One we feature the life of Aethelred the Unready.
7:00-7:10pm Monks Mix tunes and chat.
7:10-8:00pm Pudcast 4: What A ‘Turnip’ For The Books! comedy, food and chat. Once again Dan, Dave and John clean out the fridge, rummage through the larder and sort out the spice rack to discover what food items will tempt their pallets. With subjects ranging from Lardy cakes to mashed potato to which biscuit is best for dunking they rabbit on, argue and laugh at the less serious side of food related topics.
8:00-9:00pm DJ Jon Stamp brings us another fab set.
9:00-10:00pm DJ Ben Howell with his great Indie disco.

This is an inclusive community project, bringing people from Malmesbury and the surrounding area together with a shared purpose to develop both skills and self-esteem. Programmes will include coverage and promotion of local events, guest DJs with their unique selection of music, interviews, spoken word readings and local history, and some downright silly features too...
